I tried Google’s Sketchup some time ago but didn’t put much time into it and decided to focus more on feeding the Revit monster. So when a project came along last week that looked like a job for SketchUp, I ran through the Lynda.com training to brush-up on the latest version (SKP 8), downloaded it and Google Earth onto mini MAC and away I go. Here’s about a day’s work so far…





I changed the brown colored areas to a brick material in these scenes. More buildings to come and will post more as I go. BTW…SketchUp/Google Earth are free if you are so inclined…
